Obviously, you can at any time opt out of the programme which costs £100 a month for once a week one hour Zooms.

Secret Spirits has a social and spiritual approach to the problem of depression rather than medical and psychological and this is reflected in the way the Zoom meetings are conducted. Friendship and meditation are the watchwords.
